As a high school senior Kadee was named a US National Art Award Winner. The criteria for selection of this award is based on a students academic performance, leadership, qualities, responsibility, enthusiasm, motivation to learn and improve, attitude, dependability and recommendation from a teacher or director.

Kadee went on to attend PSU in Pittsburg KS where she earned her Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design. Immediately after graduation Kadee was offered a job as a production artist for Gill Studios in Overland Park, KS.

In May 2004 Kadee and her mom took a ‘girls trip’ to Mexico Beach FL. Kadee saw an ad in the local paper for a graphic artist position. She called, was interviewed, and moved to Mexico Beach two weeks later where she was employed by The Forgotten Coast Company. Kadee was promoted from artist to art director in less then a year of being employed.

February 2006 Kadee moved back to Kansas to open her own shop. Kadee purchased a vinyl cutter and has added signs and vehicle graphics to her list of services.

Before Kadee married her last name was Krum, hence the business name Krumee Designs. Although it may seem goofy she takes her work very seriously. Krumee Designs has helped customers all over the US.
